Mahendra Singh and his well-trained team create the magic in our kitchen. He has mastered Northern Indian sauces, curries and sweets, and brings his artistry with the tandoor (clay oven) to your table with succulent meats and crisp, tender breads.
Mahendra has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. He trained in 4 and 5 star luxury hotels in India and has run successful restaurants in New York City, Toronto, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He now brings his considerable talent and energy to Morris County, New Jersey in this, his own venture, Cinnamon Indian Restaurant.
Mahendra Singh is our executive chef and owner and is the heart of Cinnamon Indian Restaurant.
