Mahendra Singh and his well-trained team create the magic in our kitchen. He has mastered Northern Indian sauces, curries and sweets, and brings his artistry with the tandoor (clay oven) to your table with succulent meats and crisp, tender breads.

Mahendra has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. He trained in 4 and 5 star luxury hotels in India and has run successful restaurants in New York City, Toronto, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
