The Tandoor (Clay oven) is a central part of our Northern Indian style restaurant. It takes a skilled chef to operate the tandoor and Mahendra has trained Cinnamon's staff well, being a master Tandoor chef himself. Tender melting chicken and lamb, succulent seafood, flavorful vegetables and tender breads all come out of our clay ovens.

The incredibly high heat cooks food so quickly in the clay oven that it stays beautifully moist and flavorful. Our breads come out perfectly steamed and chewy, the tandoor meats are sweet and tender, seafood flaky and moist! Vegetables come out with all their flavor intact, crisp and juicy.
